1.About these terms
Furipay (furipay.me and its sites such as topup.furipay.me, dash.furipay.me and agency.furipay.me, and its OBS widgets) is provided by Furimoe Co., Ltd., Thai company registration number 0665569000776 ("the Company", "we" or "us").
These terms are a contract between you and the Company. By creating an account, signing in, sending a tip, buying a service or using any part of Furipay, you confirm you have read, understood and accept these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and DMCA Policy, which form part of them.
If you don't accept these terms, please stop using the service.
2.Furipay's role
Furipay provides a platform and software that help creators receive support and show it on stream. The Company is not a party to tips between supporters and creators: it doesn't set amounts, hold money, or vouch for a creator's identity, reliability or promises.
Disputes about a tip or what a creator promised are between the supporter and the creator. Our staff may help coordinate where reasonable, but are not obliged to decide disputes or pay compensation on anyone's behalf.
3.Definitions
- "User": anyone using Furipay, with or without an account.
- "Creator": a user who runs a tip page to receive support, such as a streamer, VTuber or content creator.
- "Supporter": a user who sends a tip to a creator.
- "Agency": a company, label or group that manages several creators through the Agency Console.
- "Tip": money a supporter gives a creator voluntarily through a tip page, not in exchange for goods or services.
- "Payment channel": the account a creator or agency receives tips into, such as a Stripe account, PromptPay, a bank account or TrueMoney.
- "Credit": a prepaid balance in a Furipay account used for the game top-up service.
- "Points": rewards earned from cashback or promotions, usable as a discount on Furipay.
- "Premium" and "agency plans": paid services that unlock extra features.
- "User content": text, images, names, links, audio or other material a user uploads or sends through Furipay.
4.Eligibility and accounts
4.1Age
You must be at least 13 to use Furipay. If you are a minor under Thai law (under 20), you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian before paying or receiving money.
Creators receiving money through Stripe must meet Stripe's requirements (generally 18 or older, or represented as Stripe requires).
4.2Signing up and signing in
You can sign in with a Furimoe account, Streamlabs or a passkey. The information you give must be true, accurate and kept up to date.
You must keep your devices, sign-in accounts and passkeys secure, and you are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
4.3Usernames and tip pages
Your username is your tip page's address (furipay.me/username). Don't use a name that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or is inappropriate. We may change, suspend or reclaim usernames that break these terms or are reserved for the system.
5.Tips
5.1What a tip is
A tip is a voluntary gift to support a creator, not the purchase of goods, services or rights. The creator owes nothing in return, and showing the message on stream is a feature, not a guarantee.
5.2Tip money doesn't pass through Furipay
Furipay is a software provider that helps creators take tips and show them. The Company does not receive, hold, park or forward tip money for creators, and is not a payment service provider or an e-money provider.
- Card and PromptPay through Stripe: paid straight into the creator's or agency's Stripe account (a Stripe Connect direct charge). The owner of that Stripe account is the recipient.
- PromptPay and bank transfer with a slip: the supporter transfers straight to the recipient's own account. Furipay only checks the slip to confirm and show the tip.
- TrueMoney gift links: the money goes straight to the recipient's TrueMoney wallet.
5.3Fees
Furipay takes no fee from tips. Creators receive the full amount minus the payment provider's own fees (such as Stripe's processing or currency conversion fees), at that provider's rates and terms.
If we ever change this, we will give at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect.
5.4Currencies
Supporters may see an approximate amount in their own currency. Exchange rates shown are for reference only; the amount actually charged depends on the payment provider and the payer's bank.
5.5Slip checks
Tips paid with a slip are checked against the bank through slip-verification providers. Only the QR code on the slip is read, on your device; the image isn't uploaded. Each slip can be used once, and only for a transfer into the recipient account shown on the tip page.
If the bank hasn't confirmed the transfer yet, the system checks again later and records the tip once it's confirmed.
Using a fake, edited or someone else's slip is a crime. We will suspend the account and may take legal action.
5.6Messages and stream alerts
Your name, message and tip amount may be shown on stream, on the tip page, in supporter leaderboards and in the creator's dashboard, and may be read aloud by text-to-speech. Don't put personal information in your name or message.
Messages must not be illegal, abusive, insulting, hateful, harassing, contain harmful links or infringe anyone's rights. Creators and the Company may hide, filter or not show any message; a message not being shown is not a reason for a refund.
Creators may link Streamlabs so tips also show as Streamlabs alerts. Names that aren't Latin letters, digits or underscores are sent as "Anonymous" because of Streamlabs' limits.
5.7Refunds and chargebacks
Because tip money doesn't pass through Furipay, the Company can't refund tips. Supporters should contact the creator directly; see the Refund Policy.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks of tips paid through Stripe happen in the recipient's account, and the recipient is responsible for the amounts reversed and any related fees under Stripe's terms. A refunded tip no longer counts toward totals or statistics, and any gacha or wheel result it produced is cancelled.
6.Terms for supporters
- The Company doesn't check or guarantee who a creator is, what they do, or that they will keep their promises. Please think before tipping, and only give amounts you're happy to give without expecting anything back.
- A verified badge means the account passed certain identity checks with us; it doesn't endorse the creator's content or promises.
- Your name and message are shown to the creator and may be shown publicly on stream. Payment providers may also show the recipient your name or some payment details, depending on their own systems.
- Don't use tips to harass, send illegal messages or file chargebacks in bad faith; doing so can get you blocked from tipping.
7.Terms for creators
7.1Connecting payment channels
Creators choose their own payment channels. Receiving through Stripe requires connecting a Stripe account via Stripe Connect, completing identity verification (KYC) and accepting the Stripe Services Agreement and Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which are agreements between you and Stripe. Stripe decides whether to approve, restrict or close your Stripe account.
A Stripe account's country can't be changed. A new account in another country needs a request that our staff approve, and the tip page keeps the old account until the new one can take payments.
PromptPay, bank and TrueMoney details you give must be your own account or one you're lawfully allowed to receive money into, and must be correct. We aren't responsible for money sent to an account you entered wrongly.
7.2Creators' responsibilities
- Follow the applicable laws, including declaring and paying tax on what you receive. The Company doesn't withhold or pay tax for creators.
- Don't use Furipay with illegal content, sexual or adult content, gambling, fraud, or anything payment providers prohibit.
- Don't make promises that lead supporters to think a tip is a purchase, an investment or a guaranteed return, and don't use tips to sell goods or services (see Selling goods and services).
- Handle refund requests and disputes from your supporters in good faith in your own account.
- Don't use a tip page to receive money on behalf of someone else or to pass money on unlawfully.
- Creators are data controllers for supporters' personal data they take out and use themselves (for example, by exporting lists), and must use it in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act.
7.3Free and Premium features
Free accounts can use the main features, with some limits: for example, up to 2 payment channels, a monthly alert allowance, and some widget, theme, gacha, wheel and timer settings. Features that need Premium are marked in the product.
When Premium ends, the settings of Premium features are kept but stop working until you renew.
8.Timer, gacha and prize wheel
Creators can turn on stream entertainment features: a timer that adds or removes time for tips, a gacha that draws prizes based on the tip amount, and a prize wheel. These conditions apply:
- Gacha and wheel prizes must be things the creator does on stream only, such as singing, reading a name, a shout-out or a chat. Prizes must never be cash, gift cards, game items, goods or anything with monetary value or that can be exchanged or resold.
- A tip is always a tip: the recipient gets the same amount whatever the result, and the result is not a reason for a refund.
- Draws use the system's random generator at the rates the creator sets; guarantees (pity) and prize stock are as the creator configures them. The Company doesn't guarantee any result.
- Creators are responsible for delivering the prizes they announce. The Company is not a party between creator and supporter on this.
- The Company may turn off the feature, remove prizes or suspend the account if it is used like gambling or against these terms.
9.Agencies and their creators
9.1What agencies can do
Approved agencies can manage their creators through the Agency Console: view totals, set payment channels, group creators, and have creators' tips go to the agency's accounts (payment override).
With payment override on, tips to the agency's creators go straight to the agency's account and the creator can't change that channel. The tip page tells supporters the money goes to the agency.
9.2Agencies and creators
Revenue sharing, contracts and any other arrangements between an agency and its creators are between them. The Company is not a party to them and is not responsible for disputes about them. An agency must have the creator's consent before managing their account or receiving money for them.
Agencies may use creator and supporter data only to manage their creators, and must comply with personal data protection laws.
9.3Review and suspension
We review agency applications and may ask for more documents. We may refuse, suspend or end agency status for misuse or false information.
11.Game top-up, credit and points
11.1Credit
Credit is a prepaid balance for use inside Furipay, added through the channels the system offers (such as PromptPay with a slip, or coupons). Credit earns no interest, is not a deposit or e-money, and can't be withdrawn as cash or transferred, except where the law requires or under the Refund Policy.
11.2Top-up orders
Check the game, package, player ID (UID) and server before confirming. We send the order to our top-up supplier; once delivered, it can't be cancelled or refunded, including when the details you entered were wrong.
If an order fails or is cancelled, the credit and points used are returned to your account automatically. If something goes wrong (for example, you were charged but didn't receive the item), we will investigate and fix it within 7–14 business days of receiving your report with complete evidence.
Prices, packages and games may change with our suppliers. We may refuse orders with a wrong price or details.
11.3Points and cashback
Points come from cashback or promotions and can be used as a discount on Furipay (1 point is worth THB 0.01 only when used as a discount). Points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or transferred. Cashback rates may change. We may adjust or remove points obtained in bad faith or from cancelled orders.
11.4Coupons and promotions
Coupons and promotions follow their announced conditions, are limited in number and time, have no cash value, and may be cancelled if misused.
12.Prohibited use
You must not use Furipay to:
- do anything illegal, launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions;
- commit fraud, use someone else's card or account without permission, test cards, or use fake slips;
- run gambling, lotteries or illegal prize draws;
- publish sexual or adult content, content involving the exploitation of children, violence or hate (details in Sexual, suggestive and sensitive content);
- impersonate another person, creator, agency or Furipay;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or anyone's other rights;
- harass, threaten or publish others' personal information without consent;
- hack, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, send malware, scrape, use bots, or overload the system;
- (if you find a security vulnerability, please report it to security@furimoe.co.th instead of testing it yourself; we appreciate good-faith reports)
- frame Furipay's pages inside another site, or make users believe another site is Furipay (adding widgets to OBS as the product provides is fine);
- get around account or Premium limits, or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions;
- resell the service or special benefits without our written permission.
13.Sexual, suggestive and sensitive content
Tip pages, widgets and stream alerts are public: people of any age, minors included, can see them on the website and during live streams. Everything on Furipay must therefore suit a general audience. This section explains where the lines are for sexual, suggestive and other sensitive content, in addition to Prohibited use.
13.1What it covers
Everything shown or sent through Furipay: profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, bios and links on tip pages; images, sounds and text in widgets and alerts; gacha and wheel prize names and pictures; supporters' names and messages (including text read aloud); and agency names and branding.
13.2Never allowed
- Sexual content involving children or minors in any form, including drawings, cartoons, animation or AI-generated images of characters who look like children or minors, whatever age they are said to be;
- nudity or visible genitals, bare breasts or bare buttocks, including see-through clothing showing them;
- sexual activity, explicit sexual poses or pornography, whether photographed, drawn or AI-generated;
- offering, selling or promoting sexual content or services, including links to sites or accounts that sell adult content;
- using tips, gacha, wheels or the timer in exchange for sexual acts or content, such as prizes to undress or perform sexual poses;
- anyone's intimate images shared without their consent, and sexual deepfakes of real people.
Sexual content involving children or minors is removed at once, the account is closed permanently without notice, evidence is kept and it is reported to the authorities as the law requires.
13.3Suggestive content that is allowed, and its limits
Content that isn't sexually explicit, such as cosplay, swimwear, fashion or character and VTuber art that shows a figure, is allowed when all of these hold:
- no nudity, and no visible genitals, nipples or bare buttocks;
- intimate areas are not the zoomed-in focus of the image, and there are no sexual poses or acts;
- the people or characters shown are adults and clearly look like adults;
- it is appropriate for a public page and for a stream a general audience can see.
We judge content by its overall context and may ask you to change or hide content that is too suggestive for a public space, even when it isn't covered by the list above.
13.4Other sensitive content
Images, sounds or text must not show graphic violence or injury (gore), encourage or instruct self-harm or suicide, promote using or trading drugs or weapons, or use hate symbols. Talking about these subjects for news, education or awareness, without graphic imagery, is fine.
13.5Supporters' messages
Supporters must not send names or messages with sexual content, sexual harassment or lewd remarks about a creator's body, including through text read aloud. Creators should turn on word filters and message moderation. We may hide messages and block supporters who break this rule from tipping.
13.6What we do
When content breaks this section, we may ask you to change it, hide or remove it, reset a picture to the default, take a tip page offline, limit features or suspend the account, depending on how serious it is and whether it is repeated. Serious cases may be acted on immediately, without notice.
Payment providers (such as Stripe) have their own rules on adult content, and breaking them can lead them to restrict your payout account directly. That is their decision, and we are not responsible for it.
Report inappropriate content and appeal decisions as described in Reporting content and appeals.
14.Selling goods and services
Tip pages are for voluntary support, not shops: no tip is a purchase of goods or services (see Tips). This section explains what you may and may not do about selling through Furipay.
14.1Tips are not payment for goods or services
Creators must not set prices or conditions such as "tip this amount and you'll get this" for any goods or services, physical, digital or otherwise, for example:
- products, collectibles or merchandise that have to be shipped;
- digital files, art commissions, courses or access to exclusive content;
- priced services such as playing games or boosting ranks for someone, lessons or one-to-one consultations;
- game accounts, in-game items or currency, gift cards, top-up cards or vouchers;
- tickets, event access or any right that can be resold or exchanged.
14.2What is fine: thanking supporters on stream
Creators may thank supporters on stream, for example by reading their name, saying hello, singing, answering questions or doing requests during the live stream, including gacha, wheel and timer prizes under Timer, gacha and wheel. These are goodwill on stream, not goods to deliver, and they have no money value.
14.3If you sell through your own channels
Creators may sell goods or services through their own shop or channels outside Furipay and link to that shop from their tip page, provided buyers pay through that shop, not through tips. The creator is then the only seller and is responsible for quality, delivery, refunds, tax and consumer-protection law. We are not a party to that sale.
14.4Goods and services that can't be promoted on Furipay
However they are sold, tip pages, widgets and alerts must not advertise or point to: illegal goods or services, drugs, weapons, counterfeit or infringing goods, trading game accounts or items against the game's terms, fake followers or views, gambling and games of chance, crypto-assets or investments promising returns, sexual content or services, or anything payment providers prohibit.
14.5What Furipay itself sells
Game top-ups, credit, Premium and agency plans are sold by us, under their own sections of these terms and the refund policy.
14.6What we do
If tips are used to sell goods or services, we may ask you to change your tip page, hide content, turn off payment channels or suspend the account. Payment providers may treat taking payment for goods as donations as misrepresenting your business and restrict your payout account directly. Supporters who were led to tip in order to buy something can contact the creator directly or report it to us.
15.User content and intellectual property
15.1Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload, such as avatars, banners, bios, sounds and prize images. You give the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, copy, resize and display it as needed to run the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies the law requires us to keep.
You confirm you have the rights to what you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
15.2Furipay's property
The Furipay name, logo, mascot, themes, widgets, software and site content belong to the Company or its licensors. You get a limited licence to use them only to use the service under these terms; don't copy, modify or sell them without permission.
15.3Reporting infringement
To report content that infringes copyright or personal data, follow the DMCA Policy. We suspend repeat infringers.
16.Reporting content and appeals
16.1Reporting
If you find a tip page, message or content that is illegal or breaks these terms, report it to contact@furimoe.co.th with the link, what the problem is and any evidence. For copyright, follow the DMCA Policy.
16.2Priorities and review
We look at the most serious matters first: child sexual exploitation, terrorism, fraud and money laundering, harassment and threats, and content dangerous to life. We may use both automated systems and human review.
If content breaks the rules, we may hide or remove it, take a tip page offline, limit features or suspend the account, and may notify authorities where the law requires.
16.3Conduct outside Furipay
We may take a user's conduct outside the platform (such as defrauding supporters, or serious illegal acts connected with money received through Furipay) into account and suspend the account when there is credible evidence.
16.4Appeals
If you disagree with a decision about your content or account, send an appeal to support@furimoe.co.th within 30 days with your reasons and evidence. A staff member who didn't make the original decision will review it and reply within 14 business days.
17.Third-party services
Furipay works with third-party services such as Stripe (payments), banks and slip-verification providers, TrueMoney, top-up suppliers, Streamlabs, Furimoe accounts, Cloudflare and OBS. Their use is subject to each provider's own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for third parties' outages, delays, decisions or errors.
18.Suspension and termination
18.1Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through our contact channels; please make sure no orders or transactions are pending. Closing your Furipay account doesn't close your Stripe or bank accounts, which you manage with those providers.
18.2Suspension by the Company
We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts or features if we find, or reasonably suspect, a breach of these terms, fraud, a risk to other users, an order from an authority, or a request from a payment provider. We will tell you why as far as the law and any investigation allow.
After termination, terms that by their nature should continue (such as limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) remain in effect.
19.Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and secure but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every alert will show on stream. This applies to the extent the law allows and doesn't remove your rights as a consumer under Thai law.
20.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect or special damages, or loss of revenue, profit, data or business opportunity arising from using or being unable to use the service.
The Company's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid the Company directly in the 12 months before the event (such as Premium or top-up payments), not including tips, which are not paid to the Company.
These limits don't apply to damage caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow liability to be limited.
21.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend the Company, its directors and staff against claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these terms or the law, or disputes between you and other users, supporters, creators or agencies.
22.Partners
Users approved as partners may receive benefits such as service discounts. These must not be resold or used for profit without permission. We may review partner use and revoke partner status for misuse.
23.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post them on the site with their effective date and show a notice on the site for at least 7 days. For material changes, such as fees or your rights, we will notify you by email or in the product at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version.
24.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith; if that fails, the competent Thai courts have jurisdiction. This doesn't remove a consumer's right to sue or complain to consumer protection authorities under the law.
25.General
- If any part of these terms is void or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Our not exercising a right doesn't waive it.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or a successor of the business.
- These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and the Company about the service.
- These terms exist in Thai and English. If they differ, the Thai version prevails.
