Quick summary (AI)

  • Copyright owners or their agents can report infringing content to dmca@furimoe.co.th with the subject "DMCA Notice".
  • A notice needs your contact details, links to the content, proof of ownership and a good-faith statement.
  • We review within 3–5 business days. If the notice is complete we take the content down and tell its owner, who can file a counter-notice.
  • False notices carry legal liability, and repeat infringers lose their accounts.

This summary was written by AI to make the document easier to read. It isn't part of the agreement and has no legal effect; the full text below is what applies.

1.What you can report

Furipay is provided by Furimoe Co., Ltd. Users can upload content such as avatars, banners, backgrounds, bios, links, gacha prize images, alert sounds and tip messages. If you own the copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and believe content on Furipay infringes it, or is your personal data published without permission, please follow the steps below.

Sending a false or misleading notice may make you liable for damages and criminal penalties under section 512(f) of the DMCA and applicable Thai law.

2.What a notice must include

  • Your real full name, address, email and phone number.
  • The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  • The URL or location of the content on Furipay, and which part is the problem (image, text, audio or personal data).
  • Proof of ownership (see the next section).
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, their agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3.Proof of ownership

To prevent false claims and protect the real creators, please include at least one of:

  • Source files a copier is unlikely to have, such as PSD, AI, RAW or project files, or a higher-resolution original.
  • File metadata (EXIF, XMP, IPTC) showing the author, date and device or software.
  • A link to the original post on your own channel published before the disputed content, such as on X, Pixiv, ArtStation, Instagram or YouTube.
  • A copyright notification certificate from Thailand's Department of Intellectual Property or an equivalent agency abroad.
  • A power of attorney signed by the owner, if you act on their behalf.
  • Verification of the original account, such as posting a message we specify on your account within a set time.

4.Personal data complaints (PDPA)

If the content is your personal data, such as your photo, name or address, published without consent, you can use your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. Say so in your request, send it to privacy@furimoe.co.th with proof of identity (mask details we don't need, such as religion), and see the Privacy Policy.

5.What happens next

  • Our team reviews the notice within 3–5 business days and may ask for more information.
  • If it's complete, we promptly remove or disable the content and tell its owner, with a copy of the notice (some of your contact details may be masked).
  • The owner may file a counter-notice within 14 days.
  • If a complete counter-notice arrives, we forward it to you and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless you tell us you have filed a lawsuit. We always follow court orders.

6.Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe in good faith it was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, send a counter-notice to dmca@furimoe.co.th including:

  • your name, address, email and phone number;
  • the content removed and where it was;
  • a statement under penalty of law that it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court for the dispute;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

7.Repeat infringers

We suspend or close the accounts of users with repeated valid infringement notices, and may limit uploads from users who have infringed before.

8.Where to send notices

Sending a notice doesn't guarantee immediate removal; we act as the law requires and depending on how complete the notice is. Please keep copies of all documents and evidence.
